Requests to initiate a return must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. To begin the return process, kindly reach out to our team at sales@tech-check.co.uk. Returns requested after the thirty-day period may be considered at our discretion and require written approval from our management team.No returned item will be accepted without prior authorization. Upon receipt, returned items will undergo a thorough verification process to confirm their eligibility for return.All authorized return items must have any security locks (such as iCloud, Google, or Find My iPhone) cleared before being returned.Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s), including shipping and handling fees.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped out. Any item returned in a different condition may be rejected at our discretion.Our policy on eligible return devices varies based on whether you are a New Customer or an Existing Customer. Upon receipt and verification of the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued within five (5) business days.Please note that we uphold stringent quality standards, and no customer should receive a device with Critical Defects, which include but are not limited to:
  • No power or power cycle issues
  • Activation problems (e.g., Apple activation issue)
  • Account locks
  • iTunes image issues
  • Passcode locks
  • If you receive an item with a Critical Defect, please notify us immediately to arrange for replacement or refund.
